Metal oil diffusion pump is a vacuum pump which uses low pressure, high speed and directional flow of oil vapor jet to extract air. It is the main equipment to obtain high vacuum. It is widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, space simulation experiment and some vacuum systems which are not sensitive to oil pollution.
